Niger. Sahel. A sword to his side and hands resting on a stick across
his shoulders, a Wodaabe (Fulani/Bororo) nomad takes his zebus to better
pasture. Unlike cattle people
everywhere, who herd their cows from behind, the Wodaabe lead them, docilely
followed by them.
